Can I make more money with the ibuyer program to sell my home???

During the past couple of years it was started in Phoenix that someone could go on line and click to sell their home easy with no hassle. No-one told the seller that you would be selling your home at 80 cents on the dollar less then what you could have sold your home at 20% more with the traditional realtor to sell your home.

The other problem is that you just lowered the value of your neighborhood. The home that sold for 20% less is now a comparable for an appraiser to use for value for a future sale in your neighborhood.

This is hurting the neighborhood by going the ibuyer platform. An online sale is not seeing the inside of your home to sell like Zillows estimate.

I have wrote about it before but selling your home is all about emotion and not logic. The purchase price of a home is what a buyer is willing to pay for a home within the appraised value. You have to create an emotional experience when the buyer walks in the home to get the most money for the sale of your home. By hiring a Realtor, you will be educated on how to position your home and create a buzz for the world to see your home in the best light possible to sell at the highest possible price for the neighborhood.
